Stephanie was admitted as a solicitor on 01.02.2011, SRA number 436778 and has more than 13 years’ experience in residential conveyancing work and private client work, also dealing with Wills and Probate matters.

Lisa Hunt – Licenced Conveyancer

Lisa qualified as a licenced conveyancer in 2021 having experience in residential conveyancing and property matters for some 22 years.

The firm’s hourly charge rates where a fixed fee estimate has not been agreed are:

Principal solicitor - £290.00 plus VAT at 20%

Associate solicitor - £260.00 plus VAT at 20%

Licenced conveyancer - £250.00 plus VAT at 20%

Administrative staff - £1500.00 plus VAT at 20%
