HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

As between a willing buyer and seller with no chain and no mortgage involved, the process might be completed in a matter of days. More typically, a purchase or sale takes approximately 4-6 weeks from the commencement of the transaction up to the point where the parties are in a position to commit to a binding exchange of contracts. Upon exchange of contracts a completion date is fixed which is usually approximately 10-14 days after the exchange of contracts. However, a chain of transactions can only proceed as quickly as the slowest link in that chain. You will be kept fully informed as your transaction progresses.
