Welcome to Henchleys

Henchleys are established Solicitors in Littlehampton and Worthing, with extensive experience in all aspects of legal work.

From family matters to corporate actions we provide personal service and fast solutions.

To take advantage of our free initial consultation (excluding matrimonial matters), please call us today on either of the above numbers.

During your free consultation we can discuss your options, provide you with an outline as to likely costs and confirm the time scales involved

Our Lawyers

Our experienced lawyers are Kevin Henchley (Solicitor), Stephanie Henchley (Solicitor), Barbara Brown (Solicitor) and Lisa Hunt (Associate CILEX).

Matrimonial

For matrimonial matters we offer an initial appointment (up to 30 minutes) at a fixed £60 fee (plus VAT).

We are happy to arrange home visits by prior arrangement

No Win / No Fee

If you are contemplating legal action, your claim and in particular any personal injury claim, may be suitable for funding under a conditional fee agreement, commonly referred to as "No Win No Fee".

This means that you would not be responsible for your own legal fees if your claim were to be unsuccessful. We will be pleased to discuss with you the merits and means of funding any prospective claim or action.
