Two basic mirror Wills
£250.00 plus VAT
More involved Wills (e.g. Life Interest Wills) and Codicils (complex Wills – estimate will be provided once details known)

Mirror Wills £450.00 plus VAT
Codicils to Will £90.00 plus VAT
Living Wills £175.00 plus VAT per document.

Probate/Administration of Estate
Basic application for Grant of Representation (non – taxable estates) with client providing all details of estate assets and liabilities, Will (if any) and Death Certificate - £1,000.00 plus VAT
Full administration of estate (including application for Grant) and taxable estates – fees charged at £230.00 per hour together with a charge based on the gross value of the estate as follows:
- 0.5% of the value of freehold or leasehold property
- 1% on the value of other assets
DISBURSEMENTS – out of pocket expenses paid to third parties
- Probate Registry fees – presently - £273.00 on application for grant (where the estate is valued above £5,000.00)
- Sealed copies of Grant - £1.50 each
- Commissioner’s Oaths/swear fees - £5.00 per Oath plus £2.00 per exhibit
- Bankruptcy search fee – to ensure estate is not insolvent and to ensure beneficiaries are not insolvent - £2.00 per name searched
- Trustee Act Notices in local press/London Gazette if necessary.
